Harrisburg - Hershey Vacations from $584

Nice stay. I would stay again, Improvements mgt should consider: Better coffee service in the am You really really need better pillows

I think it was a good place to stay most of the things to do ate 18 and older. So my kids were pretty board we did go to target and get some board games. They enjoyed the pool for a little.

The hot tub was excellent, excellent water pressure and the water temperature stayed hot for a long time. The rooms were quiet no shared walls meant no noisy neighbors. The bed was actually comfortable. The pillows were awful 18” decorative pillows not bed pillows. There were 3 lightbulbs out in our room. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the fan in the water closet sounded like a dying dinosaur. For a stay beyond a day or 2 there was no dresser and only 2 hangers in the closet no way to unpack clothes. There was a serious gap around the exterior door you could see outside and inside! The door to the water closet didn’t shut. Even with these issues we will be back to stay for the bed and hot tub, we’ll just bring hangers and pillows from home.

It was a nice room but the service seemed to be mismatched vs the money spent. We had to wait 30 minutes for our room and that seemed unacceptable for the amount of money we paid
